Did you know that 30 minutes of stand up paddleboarding burns as many calories as a steady 6 mile run?
The Norfolk SUP Club is based in Norwich and on the Norfolk Broads. The club meets 52 weeks of the year from a variety of locations.
During the summer months meetings are held on Thursday evening’s from the Rushcutters Arms in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich. October through to the spring, the SUP club will meet at weekends (usually on a Sunday morning).
The club offers its member’s the opportunity to paddle with like-minded individuals in locations across Norfolk, both on the Broads network and along the coast.
Here’s the good bit, if you already own a board, membership is FREE!
The Norfolk Paddle Co are trying to build the SUP community here in Norfolk and we are super happy to support their efforts. We work with them to organise events to showcase both our respective sports in this beautiful county.

Pay as you go membership (new)
Subject to availability, Norfolk SUP Club may have a few boards available for certain club meets. If you wish to rent a board for the duration of the club meet, the one off cost is £20 p/person p/board. Pay as you go is simple board rental, it is not a lesson. We recommend all participants have a lesson before they join the club.

Norfolk Paddle Co accept no responsibility for damage to your equipment or other persons during club meets. For those that own and paddle on THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT, YOU PADDLE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We strongly advise you to obtain individual sports insurance cover for any outdoor activity/sport you participate in.
